Role Overview
Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive position with a basic salary of £20,000 and the opportunity to earn a generous commission. The role is based at our Coventry dealership (128 Holyhead Road, Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom, CV5 8NA).
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the car‑buying journey.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand and support their needs.
* Deliver a high‑quality customer experience on every visit.
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
* Target overall earnings of £52,500 (On‑Target Earnings).
* Represent the Sytner Group brand and maintain professional standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Good interpersonal skills with a passion for outstanding customer service.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Prior customer‑service experience in a retail environment is a minimum requirement.
* Assessment centre may be required as part of the application process.
