Our client is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, recognised for delivering proactive, personalised and forward-thinking support to a diverse client base.
We are seeking a confident, highly organised and service-driven Personal Assistant to support senior Partners within a busy professional services environment.
This is a hybrid role, based in North West London offering fantastic benefits and generous holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as first point of contact for clients
* Managing Partner diaries, coordinating meetings, bookings and logistics
* Preparing correspondence and maintaining professional communication with clients and service providers
* Managing the full client onboarding process including AML checks, engagement letters, clearance letters and workflows
* Preparing final accounts packs and coordinating client approvals
* Drafting and issuing client invoices
* Liaising with HMRC and Companies House regarding authorisations and queries
* Maintaining accurate records within CCH
* Supporting internal workflow updates and team coordination
* Providing cover for other PAs when required to ensure seamless service delivery
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience supporting at senior level within legal or professional services (essential)
* Strong client service focus with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
* Excellent IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience using practice management systems (CCH desirable)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
