With over 4.5 million customers, buying online, through mail order and at our UK shops. We are now looking for retail assistants.
We have positions national wide with a variety of hours and days available.
The Role:
A fantastic opportunities for a proactive Retail Keyholder to join our supportive and friendly retail team.
As a Sales Assistant and Keyholder your main responsibilities include:
* To assist the store manager in the efficient operation of the store or concession particularly in any management absence.
* To train and coach staff.
* Ensuring our customers receive the right standards of service.
* Understanding our product range and fit profiles.
* Achieving your sales targets.
* Ensuring the shops look attractive and with the highest standards of visual displays for our shoe ranges.
* Giving our customer a fantastic retail experience, ensuring the right product for the right person.
The Person:
