We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our busy team here at Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa. Covering Spa Reception also when required on morning/evening shifts.
Job Purpose
To provide exceptional spa beauty treatments to all guests and members, ensuring hotel quality standards are maintained whilst achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction. To provide a friendly and courteous service to encourage spa treatment and retail sales of the club and to maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits.
Key Responsibilities
To be available and flexible to work morning, daytime and evening shifts throughout the week/weekend.
To provide exceptional Elemis Face and Body Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing and Tinting
Adapt treatments/products accordingly after carrying out a skin analysis
To provide a friendly and courteous service at all times
To look presentable and professional at all times
Encourage spa treatment and retail sales with personalised recommendations after each treatment
Provide adequate aftercare advice to each client following treatments
Ensure a medical consultation form is completed by each client prior to treatments being performed and treatments/products amended accordingly based on medical issues.
Ensure the treatment and spa area is kept clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
Other Responsibilities will Include
Perform Reception Duties, including; Answering phone calls, booking treatments, taking payments, greeting members and guests, maintaining our high club cleanliness standards, showing guests the facilities, laundry etc.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a beauty spa or salon- Essential.
Hold Elemis Face and Body Qualifications desirable but training will be provided.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Any Additional Beauty/Massage related qualifications as we also provide HD BROWS, Lash Lift & Tint, Spray Tanning, Hopi Ear Candling, Threading, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning.
