Leading the admin team, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement, and provide comprehensive support across the department. This role suits someone proactive, solutions‑focused, and confident working in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will deliver comprehensive, proactive administrative support to Adult Therapy Services, enabling efficient and responsive service delivery.
You will be an integral member of the administrative team, sharing responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department.
Person Specification
Essential criteria:
* Evidence of numeracy, literacy and IT skills – minimum 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above.
* Previous administration / secretarial experience at a senior level or in another environment that would readily transfer to a hospital setting.
* Experience of managing other members of staff.
Desirable criteria:
* Other educational or secretarial qualifications.
