Wellbeing Manager (Part-Time, Maternity Cover)
Overview
Our client is seeking a Wellbeing Manager (Part-Time, Maternity Cover) to join their People and Culture team. This role is responsible for leading and developing initiatives that support employee wellbeing and promote a proactive, preventative approach to workplace wellbeing across the organisation.
The successful candidate will champion a positive and inclusive culture by designing and delivering wellbeing programmes that support staff engagement, resilience, and overall workplace satisfaction. This role will also contribute to broader People and Culture strategies by ensuring wellbeing initiatives align with organisational objectives and staff needs.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and programmes.
* Promote a proactive and preventative approach to employee wellbeing across the organisation.
* Champion wellbeing across teams and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
* Design and implement wellbeing projects aligned with the People and Culture strategy and business objectives.
* Analyse and evaluate wellbeing data to assess programme effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to the review and development of People and Culture policies through a wellbeing-focused perspective.
* Engage with staff across the organisation to promote participation in wellbeing initiatives.
* Support leadership and HR teams in embedding wellbeing principles into everyday organisational practices.
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering employee wellbeing programmes or initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to promote and advocate for positive workplace wellbeing practices.
* Experience analysing wellbeing data and producing insight‑driven recommendations.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing independent projects.
* Understanding of the demands of fast‑paced organisational environments.
* Experience working within HR, People & Culture, or organisational wellbeing roles is desirable.
