– Degree in Social Work
– SWE Registration
– Right to work within the UK
An experienced adult social worker is required to undertake Care Act assessments and reviews. Ideal candidates are required to have sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005. Must be able to undertake MCA’s and best interest assessments. Have sound knowledge, experience and skills in respect to safeguarding. Ideal candidates must have experience in regard to Continuing Health Care and have attended CHC/MDT’s. Ideal candidates must be prepared to undertake face to face visits. You must have:
1. A professional qualification in social work
2. Social Work England registration.
3. Post qualified experience.
4. Enhanced DBS/Update service.
5. References required for the last 5 years of employment.
