FULL TIME CHEF DE PARTIE FOR IMMEDIATE START.
Straight shifts, no splits. 5 days from 7 with Sunday & Monday off.
Main duties include prepping food for wedding eve night and wedding day in separate prep kitchen and ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
REQUIRED;
- Previous chef experience within the catering sector.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience.
- Drivers license and own transport required.
- High standard in cleanliness and quality control.
- Excellent time keeping skills along with the ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with wedding guests.
- Hard working, eye for detail and high standards.
