The Portfolio Manager Operations oversees the administration of insurance and reinsurance accounts and contracts from establishing and maintaining contractual data, processing the insurance and reinsurance accounts and manage the related cash flow. They support the underwriters in all administrative activities related to the underwriting process. Required experience & competencies Experience: Multi-year working experience in (re-/insurance) accounting and underwriting assistance and/or controlling Advanced MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel) Business Objects skills beneficial Personal Competences: Basic insurance and reinsurance knowledge and eagerness to deepen expertise Advanced analytical skills and accuracy Advanced communication and team collaboration skills Sense of reliability and responsibility Required Education At least completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally in re-/insurance company) or equivalent
