We have a well- established extended team including an ACP, FCP, Clinical Pharmacists and care-co-ordinators who support us in providing a high standard of care to our patients
Main duties of the job
You will be part of the team, providing 6 sessions of clinical cover. We provide a mix of e-consult, telephone and face-to-face appointments. The practice shuts at lunchtime for an hour to allow practice meetings, catch-ups and educational activities to take place.
We are actively involved in our PCN and one of our partners is the PCN CD. We are also actively involved in our local Federation and we are always keen to support the development on primary care in our patch
