Group Fleet & Business Sales Manager - South and Midlands
An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our dealership. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our busy sales team.
As a Fleet Sales Manager you will be expected to achieve all sales objectives by maximising opportunities with every customer within the showroom, on the vehicle display, and on the telephone. Comply with the Group sales process for each vehicle prospect and follow up, ensuring that customer details are recorded accurately and in full. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies. Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a highly professional, efficient sales team.
* Collate with other line managers to formulate policies and procedures to maximise profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
* Ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
* Adhere to all FCA regulations.
* Accurately forecast departmental sales.
* Ensure all vehicles are supplied to Fleet users within the company pricing structure.
To be successful in this role we expect strong people‑management skills, an understanding of systems and processes, good financial acumen and excellent time management.
