We require an Administrator to join our Admin team. You will be working in a established team of 4/5 and will need to have a great team work ethos and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will also need to work independently and have a disciplined methodical approach to administration.
Knowledge of both Word and Excel would be beneficial, However we do use a bespoke facilities management system for which training will be given.
The ability to learn quickly is essential to the role.
This role would ideally suit an enthusiastic person, determined to learn new skills whilst maintaining accuracy.
Flexibility regarding working hours is required to cover holidays for colleagues which includes early shifts and the Out of Hours Rota (where additional earnings of upto £10,000 per annum can be achieved)
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
This role would ideally suit an enthusiastic person, determined to learn new skills with a passion for accuracy. No qualifications are required but but education to GCSE standard would be preferred.
