You will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the earthworks package, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and within programme. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site engineering activities related to the earthworks package, including setting out, ground stabilisation, bulk earthmoving, and formation preparation. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, method statements, and quality standards. Manage and supervise site engineering staff and subcontractors involved in the earthworks operations. Liaise effectively with the Project Manager, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
