The EMEA Retail Accounts Director is accountable for driving the strategy, performance, and governance of SharkNinja's strategic Key Retail Accounts across EMEA. The role serves as the regional owner of pan-EMEA retail relationships, combining strong commercial leadership, analytical rigor, and executional clarity, with clear guardrails for local implementation. The role ensures regional growth strategy is translated into clear, actionable country plans, supported by high-quality insights, well-defined Risks & Opportunities (R&O), and value-focused initiatives.

Position based in London (3 days a week - Hybrid).

What You'll Do:

Strategic EMEA Accounts Growth

* Own central-level relationships with strategic retail accounts and lead the EMEA growth strategy, translating it into clear, executable guidance for country teams.
* Define and drive EMEA-led growth initiatives, in line with regional priorities, budgets, and ROI objectives ensuring a best in class in store and online experience for our consumers.
* Ensure disciplined execution across countries, with clear prioritization, activation cadence, and performance tracking with a consumer-first mindset.
* Act as the single EMEA point of accountability for account acceleration, governance, and escalation.
* Drive accountability through structured internal and external performance reviews, clear ownership, and follow-up actions.

International JBP/Agreements Management

* Own the end-to-end annual JBP/IA process for strategic EMEA accounts.
* Lead negotiation strategy in close partnership with Legal, Finance, and country teams, ensuring agreements enable scalable growth, sustainable value creation, and effective governance.
* Ensure strong alignment between EMEA-level agreements and local execution, driving consistency, compliance, and control across markets.

Risks & Opportunities Identification (supported by EMEA Sales Analyst)

* Guide and prioritize the Sales Analyst to deliver high-impact, actionable insights that directly support regional and country decision-making and identify gaps, risks & opportunities.
* Design, maintain, and own a robust EMEA Account Scorecard to identify risks and opportunities for growth by product category.
* Ensure timely, relevant, and decision-ready information is consistently delivered to market MDs and EMEA Leadership Team with recommendations for performance improvement.

Commercial Strategy & Country Enablement (supported by EMEA Commercial Lead)

* Work closely with the EMEA Commercial Lead to drive the Annual T&C cycle across the region, ensuring rigor, alignment, and value creation.
* Ensure consistency across EMEA, while allowing flexibility where justified by market dynamics.
* Provide hands-on support to markets on negotiation strategy, activation planning, and performance improvement.

What You'll Need:

* 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Commercial Leadership, or Regional Sales roles.
* Proven experience managing pan-EMEA retail groups with complex governance models.
* Strong track record of delivering large-scale growth targets while maintaining commercial discipline and control.
* Experience operating in matrixed, multi-country environments.

* Deep understanding of EMEA retail dynamics and buying groups.
