Job Summary
The Stores person role is to manage and complete tasks within a busy warehouse facility and report to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
* Managing and organising courier collections for parts
* Booking in and checking deliveries
* Liaising with sales team for preparation of machine deliveries and dispatch
* Forklift operating for operation of moving machines and parts
* Ensuring that the workflow process in the warehouse is always adhered to
* Managing and organising courier collections for parts and machines
* Ensuring stock levels are accurate at all times
* Preparing parts and machines for dispatch
Basic Qualifications
* GCSE standard education
* A good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
* SAP experience preferred
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
* Fully site based
* The candidate should be well organized
* Must be able to work on their own initiative
* Must be punctual
* Must be polite
* Should have an eye for detail
