Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Accountant with administrative duties
2. Maintain accurate financial records
3. Input data into accounting software
4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements
5. Record inconsistencies to aid the Accountant in reconciling inaccuracies
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in accounts administration
* Good understanding of basic accounting principles
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisation and people management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software (beneficial)
* Fast typing skills
* Strong command of the English language
* Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
