Cherry Professional are currently seeking to appoint a proactive, charismatic and detail orientated Sales Administrator to join a thriving business based in Leicester. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order fulfilment, helping to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business, where no two days are the same!
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
The ability to ask questions, challenge the norm!
The finer elements of the role include:
Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinating with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
Preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Monitoring stock levels and liaising with warehouse/production teams
Supporting the sales team with quotations, customer onboarding, and data analysis
