We have a new opportunity for a full time Fleet Coordinator (Communication and Execution), based at Colsterworth, Lincolnshire.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer focus skills to help manage our transport plan.
Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar role before or be familiar with the agricultural farming sector or have previous transport experience. You'll also need excellent time keeping skills, have a pro-active approach to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for:
* Preferred previous experience in a similar Transport/Logistics administrative role
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to problem solve and suggest effective resolutions.
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* A self-starter, with good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines in a time pressured environment.
This is another demanding role where you will be expected to work with many teams, including senior management to provide progress updates and feedback.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Communication with driver and farmer members about planned jobs for the day
* Monitoring our daily plan to ensure it runs smoothly to minimise impacts to the collection and delivery performance.
* Communication with all internal teams to always maintain effective service
* Working with vehicle management team to ensure all MOTs and servicing is adhered to
* Ensuring drivers are complying with regulations
* Making sure third party haulage remains compliant.
