We require experience with both Azure cloud and on-premises infrastructure. We need hands-on experience with VMware, Cisco, and Azure technologies. We require expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS services, as well as virtualisation technologies. We need a strong understanding of networking, storage, security, and disaster recovery. We require a proven track record using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform. We need experience with Configuration as Code, Policy as Code, and Architecture as Code. Responsibilities: We will expect you to design Azure Landing Zones and platform architecture. We will ask you to define Azure networking architecture, including hub-spoke design, segmentation, and private connectivity. We will expect you to develop comprehensive cloud and infrastructure solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments in line with our organisational goals. We will ask you to lead the deployment and configuration of infrastructure platforms such as Azure, VMware, and Cisco, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. We will need you to monitor and analyse infrastructure performance, recommend improvements, and proactively resolve issues. We will expect you to optimise resource utilisation to control costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. We will ask you to work closely with our DevOps, security, and operations teams to support deployments and ongoing infrastructure projects. We will expect you to evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption where beneficial to our organisation.
