Teaching Personnel are seeking a Wellbeing Support Officer to join a welcoming secondary school in Bispham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people’s emotional health and wellbeing.
Role Overview
As a Wellbeing Support Officer, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Work closely with pastoral teams to implement wellbeing strategies.
* Help create a positive and inclusive school environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress and engagement.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trusting relationships and promote resilience.
* A calm, empathetic approach to supporting students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
