We value the skills and dedication of our teaching assistants. We require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don’t yet hold this qualification, we’ll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme to help you thrive in the role. Apprenticeship wage may vary from the advertised rate; the minimum rate would be £12.60 (VLW).
Role details
Salary: NJC 3-4 £18,174 - £18,459 (Actual) / £24,796 - £25,185 (FTE) with well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 32.5 per week – 38 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our community-focused and supportive team at Lift Feversham on a permanent basis. We are open to applicants with experience within any key stage group.
