Intake Consultant St Albans 42 Hours Per Week £25,000 -£29,000 Basic Salary Uncapped Commission OTE £5,000–£15,000 per year (average) Are you target driven, commercially minded and passionate about making a real difference? We’re looking for a motivated Intake Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast paced, results focused role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. With uncapped commission, your earning potential is entirely in your hands. On average, our team earns an additional £5,000–£15,000 per year, but there is no cap, the more care hours you generate, the more you earn. The Purpose of the Role Your primary objective will be to increase weekly delivered care hours by: Maximising referral conversions Reducing the timeframe for establishing new care packages Building and strengthening relationships with prospective clients. Ensuring safe, compliant and person-centred implementation of care packages What You’ll Be Doing Managing and responding to all incoming referrals Tracking enquiries and improving conversion rates Developing person centred, outcome focused care packages Matching carers skill sets to service user needs Building relationships with Social Workers, District Nurses, and private clients Attending commissioner meetings and networking events Making outbound sales and relationship building calls Working closely with Marketing and Recruitment to drive growth Scheduling new packages of care before handover to the coordination team Reviewing referrals to ensure clinical needs can be safely met Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Supporting coordinators with unfilled calls where required This is a target driven role in a competitive and evolving market, ideal for someone who thrives on performance and growth. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone vibrant, proactive and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people. Essential: Excellent telephone manner Strong business acumen Target-driven mindset Ability to manage your own workload Confident communicator Full UK driving licence with access to own transport Experience: Previous care coordination or care experience preferred Experience working in a performance based environment advantageous On-Call Requirement This role involves participation in the on-call rota, covering weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis, including at least one shift every alternate weekend. However, on-call hours are open to discussion and can be negotiated. If you would prefer not to take on additional hours, this can be reviewed and agreed accordingly.
