Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
● Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
● Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability
● Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard
● Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner
● Communicate with your colleagues and peers in a professional manner at all times
● Demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job, and your colleagues at all times
Site Operations
• Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence
• Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary
• Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools
• Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels
• Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control
