Are you a CNC Miller / Setter / Operator with aerospace manufacturing experience looking for a stable, days-only role offering a permanent 4-day working week and regular overtime ?
Do you want to join a well-established precision engineering company manufacturing high-spec aerospace components where you will play a key role programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery within a quality-driven environment?

This role would suit a CNC Miller with experience setting and operating CNC machinery who is confident working from technical drawings and manufacturing precision aerospace components.
The Role
* Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machinery
* Work on Haas Mills with Fanuc controls and Bridgeport Mills with Heidenhain controls
* Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
* Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks
* Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
* Maintain machine efficiency and productivity targets
* Work with aluminium, stainless steel and Inconel materials
* Ensure all work complies with quality and health & safety standards
The Person
* CNC Miller / Setter / Operator background
* Aerospace manufacturing experience
* Experience with Haas and/or Bridgeport machinery
