1st Line Support Engineer – Preston - £29k (DOE) – Great Progression Opportunities – On -site.
I'm currently working with a client who are actively seeking a 1st Line Support engineer to join their growing team. The organisation is highly committed to growth and development within its own technical staff; this role comes with having clear progression pathways to 2nd and 3rd line support roles.
What you'll be doing...
* Provide first-line technical support both remotely & on-site.
* Support Microsoft 365 users, including basic setup & account management.
* Assist with basic networking.
* Troubleshoot & resolve Windows desktop issues.
What we're looking for...
* Proven experience in a first line role.
* Strong knowledge of windows desktop, supporting Microsoft 365 & familiarity with 2FA systems.
* An understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Clear passion for technology & a strong desire to learn.
