Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Central London (Prestigious Commercial Site)
Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only) 07:00 : 19:00
Salary: GBP55,0000 + Premium Benefits Package
The Role
* You will be responsible for the day:to:day delivery of all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. This is a fast:paced environment where the customer experience is just as important as the technical fix.
* PPMs and Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor:level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC).
* Critical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient.
* Compliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit:ready.
* High Voltage: Acting as (or working towards) HVAP status to manage switching operations safely across the site.
What Youll Need
* Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds equivalent (plus 18th/19th Edition).
* HVAP Status: Highly desirable (if not, you must have the aptitude and desire to train for it).
