This role is vital for the smooth day-to-day running of MJM’s London campus, which is developing into a significant creative hub. As the Administrative & Operations Coordinator, you will support the Centre Director, staff, and external stakeholders through efficient management of administrative tasks, operations, and front-of-house responsibilities. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow with the campus as it expands further, with the role moving from part-time to full-time in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will ensure the London campus operates effectively. Core duties include:
* Supporting the Centre Director and management team with administrative and operational needs.
* Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, visitors, and students, providing friendly and professional front‑of‑house support.
* Managing internal communications through telephone correspondence, emails, and enquiries.
* Coordinating documentation across finance, legal, HR, and admissions processes.
* Assisting in the organisation of events, student recruitment, and campus operations.
* Liaising across MJM’s international network to ensure smooth collaboration with other campuses.
