You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of all technology-related functions, from installing and configuring hardware to resolving software issues. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers • Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and security protocols. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, business applications, and connectivity. • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices. • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. • Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and user guides. • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects and new technology implementations. • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices. The ideal Candidate • Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a multi-user environment. • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. • Familiarity with networking concepts • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and printers. • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
