About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable office experience in a supportive environment. You will assist our office team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Greeting visitors
· Filing, scanning, and organising documents
· Data entry and updating records with accuracy and attention to detail
· Assisting with basic correspondence and emails
· Supporting the team with general admin duties as required
Requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail is essential
· Good communication skills
· Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
· Positive, can-do attitude
Details:
· Part-time: 2 or 3 days per week
· Training provided
