At FM Conway we are passionate and committed to showcasing the fantastic career opportunities within the Construction Industry.
Our dedicated careers weeks provide young people, aged 14 – 18 within education, a unique and dynamic programme that delivers an insight into the world of work. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts while developing practical skills to support their future careers.
The week blends site visits, careers information, employability workshops, business orientation and work ready skills in health and safety.
This one-week placement will run from the 29th June 2026 to 3rd July 2026.
The placement is based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Places are limited and are unpaid.

2. Have an interest in a career in construction and civil engineering and how things are built
3. Studying or have studied Skills in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects

Attendance on this programme could lead to further work experience placement opportunities, a T-Level placement, or a place on our apprenticeship programme.
