What you'll be doing
* Leading on transport assessments, travel plans, and access strategies for a variety of development projects.
* Managing client relationships, winning work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
* Mentoring junior colleagues and playing a key role in the growth of the team.
* Engaging with local authorities, developers, and stakeholders to unlock sites and deliver practical, sustainable transport solutions.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in development planning, ideally at Principal level or ready to step up.
* Strong technical knowledge in transport assessments, junction modelling, and sustainable travel planning.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills - someone confident in leading meetings and presenting ideas.
* A proactive mindset with the ambition to help grow and develop a busy transport planning team.
