The Role
Join Our Grooming Team: Professional Dog Stylist Wanted! We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You’ll help ensure pets look and feel great, with training and development opportunities including Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.

Responsibilities
* Groom and style dogs, including bathing, drying, breed-specific styling, and finishing
* Lead grooming appointments and provide high-quality service with a personal touch
* Interact with customers and communicate effectively to understand needs
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming
* Hold a grooming qualification
* Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach
* Flexible and reliable with a variable schedule; minimum hours/week with potential for more
* Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
* Target-driven experience (preferred but not essential)

* Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets
* 28 days paid annual leave, rising to 33 days after 2 years (plus 8 bank holidays); pro-rata based on contracted hours
