The Role
As Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Mathematics, you will:
* Lead the strategic development of the Mathematics curriculum across all key stages.
* Drive excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high standards of progress and attainment.
* Support and develop a team of dedicated mathematics teachers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Use data effectively to inform planning, intervention, and curriculum design.
* Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement planning.

* Is an exceptional teacher of Mathematics with a proven track record of success.
* Has experience in curriculum leadership or middle/senior leadership roles.
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum innovation.
