The IT Solutions Delivery Administrator role includes supporting program / project managers, coordinating meetings, managing project documentation, tracking progress against timelines and budgets, and facilitating communication between the project teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: · Project support: Assist program / project managers and teams with planning, task assignment, and creating project timelines. · Administrative tasks: Manage project documentation, maintain project logs for risks and issues, reporting and handle general office duties. · Meeting coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes and action items to team members. · Office operations: Order and manage office supplies, oversee inventory, and arrange maintenance for office equipment. · Financial tasks: Assist with bookkeeping, processing invoices, tracking departmental expenses, and preparing expense reports. · Communication: Act as a point of contact for updates and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. · Tracking and reporting: Monitor project delivery progress, maintain budget records, and assist with producing project status reports. · Documentation and compliance: Ensure project documentation is maintained, and support compliance with company standards and procedures. Essential Criteria: · Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills are crucial for handling varied responsibilities and deadlines. · Technical proficiency: Competence in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
