This multinational FTSE100 company is a key player in multiple markets, with operations worldwide, delivering branded products and high-value commodities to global corporate clients.
The Global Tax Team seeks a senior transfer pricing professional based in London, overseeing the Americas, Europe, and Africa. London serves as the Regional HQ for Europe & Africa, while Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and the Regional HQ for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across these locations, with direct reports in each.
This role emphasizes strategic transfer pricing initiatives, including developing and implementing transfer pricing models, adapting to global changes such as tariffs, managing audit risks, and assessing tax certainty strategies like ICAPs and APAs. It involves overseeing business footprint changes, developing frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies, and engaging in stakeholder collaboration to optimize transfer pricing efficiency, with minimal compliance duties.
* Develop and drive transfer pricing strategies, including risk assessment and business decision support
* Maintain transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and benchmarking (with advisors)
* Monitor BEPS developments and advise accordingly
* Communicate legislative changes and practices
* Support transfer pricing audits and develop response strategies
* Lead initiatives on APAs and MAPs
* Manage transfer pricing projects implementation
About you:
* At least 8 years of transfer pricing experience
* Professional training, preferably Big 4 or Top Tier
* Fluent in French and English
* Strong collaboration skills in a complex multinational environment
