Warehouse Operative - Picking and Packing Location: Chelmsford Salary: £26,700 - £29,500 per year Job Type: Full time | Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 5:00pm About the Role My client is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their established and growing distribution team based in Chelmsford. This is a physically active picking and packing position within a busy PPE distribution warehouse. The role involves working on your feet throughout the shift while using handheld scanning devices to pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. The warehouse operates to daily dispatch deadlines so pace consistency and strong attention to detail are essential. This role requires reliability strong attendance and a positive work ethic.
