A leading organisation is looking for a Business Manager to head up their Northern Ireland division, driving performance, client relationships, and team development.
*Must have experience as a Recruitment Business Manager within a healthcare setting and have experience with temps.
The Role:
You'll take full operational and commercial ownership of a fast-growing regional division, managing everything from recruitment strategy to P&L. Leading a talented team, you'll shape the long-term vision, oversee key public and private sector accounts, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth across Northern Ireland and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and develop the commercial team
✅ Own the P&L and financial performance of the division
✅ Drive recruitment strategy across public and private healthcare sectors
✅ Expand client relationships and new business opportunities
✅ Collaborate with internal operations teams for seamless delivery
✅ Report into senior leadership on growth and performance metrics
What You'll Need:
✔ Proven experience in recruitment leadership – ideally in public, private, and voluntary sectors
✔ Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L ownership
✔ Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
✔ Excellent client relationship and business development skills
✔ Deep understanding of the healthcare market in NI and ROI
