We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience delivering permanent and contract hiring, supported by a strong working knowledge of IR35 legislation. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment within an internal TA function, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end in-house recruitment for permanent and contract roles, from role scoping through to offer and onboarding
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on perm vs contract hiring strategies
* Manage the full lifecycle of Recruitment
* Lead direct sourcing efforts using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and talent pooling
* Manage recruitment agencies, including briefing, performance management, and rate negotiations
* Ensure all hiring activity complies with UK employment law, IR35 regulations, and internal governance
* Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide regular hiring updates and reports
* Support onboarding processes, right-to-work checks, and background screening
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
* Proven in-house recruitment experience within a corporate or enterprise environment
* Demonstrable experience managing both permanent and contract hiring
* Hands-on experience and strong understanding of IR35 legislation and contractor engagement models
* Experience working with PSCs, umbrella companies, and recruitment agencies
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using ATS and recruitment systems
