Job Title: Junior Sales Associate – Cleaning & Facilities Management
Location: Leigh-on-Sea (office-based, with travel to client meetings/quotes)
Salary: Base salary + uncapped commission (expected £1,500+ per month in commission on top of base salary, after Year 1 if targets are met)
Hours: Flexible – part-time (3-4 days/week) to start, with the opportunity to go full-time for high performers
About Us
Neatwork Group is a growing cleaning and facilities management company based in Southend. We deliver high-quality services including daily and deep cleaning, grounds maintenance, and external cleaning for schools, offices, and commercial properties.
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts. This is a hands-on sales role — you'll be building your own pipeline and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Finding, targeting, and contacting potential leads via phone, email, and in-person
* Quoting jobs on-site and preparing tailored proposals
* Meeting clients and building strong professional relationships
* Taking clients out for lunches/meetings to support sales growth
* Upselling additional services to existing clients
* Maintaining accurate records of your pipeline and sales activity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on target-driven sales and enjoys a mix of office work, client interaction, and on-site activity.

Requirements

* Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential; we value attitude and work ethic
