The role
is also responsible for producing functional design document (FDD) to accurately capture the client’s requirement and transition the process into next stage of delivery, bringing understanding of business process/robotics to support development/testing during delivery.

This role is Hybrid-Variable, meaning you can work from home or the office as much or as little as you like. There will be some travel to various client sites across the UK and to our Salford Quays site, in Manchester, Leeds or London where most of the team are based, around 1 - 2 days a month.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing the successful delivery of activities as part of a consulting project in order to achieve revenue targets and high levels of customer happiness.
2. Using fresh thinking to identify additional consulting opportunities and craft innovative ideas for new and existing clients.
3. Supporting the capture and shaping of consulting opportunities for clients, helping them re-imagine the future and stay ahead of the curve.
4. Advocating the NHS Automation Consulting team through participation in industry forums, events and social media
5. Living the consulting-led culture by embracing innovative, highly groundbreaking technologies that support new ways of working in a digital world.
6. Providing outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client.
7. Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
8. Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are mapped accurately and suitable for development.
What you’ll bring:
9. Experience using an automation and robotics tool such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
10. Previous experience in a business process analyst or consulting role
11. Willingness to travel and attend meetings/workshops at internal or client sites.
12. Ability to work in a team and/or be an effective individual contributor.
13. Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
