Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to join the Pharmacy based Aseptic Services team. We have a highly regarded Aseptic Production Unit (APU) at the Trust and moved into our brand new site in 2023. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of support activities to the aseptic production service.

Responsibilities
* Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy, Intravenous Additive Service
* Environmental procedures:
o Daily readings in both set up and clean room
o Weekly settle plates and swabs
o Cleaning duties
* Ensure aseptic process is carried out in compliance with current Standard Operating Procedures following the principles of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Ensure that all documentation is fully completed, filed and stored correctly in a timely manner.
Experience
* Experience working in Healthcare Environment
* Experience of stock rotation
* Experience of working in stores and distribution
Other Essential
* Enthusiasm for the position
Qualifications
* GCSE grade C/4 or above (must include Maths and English) or equivalent (such as functional skills)
* Level 2 NVQ in Pharmacy Skills or a Level 2 Science Manufacturing Technician or equivalent
Skills
* Good written communication skills
* Methodical with attention to detail
Desirable
* Standard keyboard/IT skills
