Role: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Erith (free parking on site/5 min walk from station)
Salary: £28,000 FTE / £14.00 per hour
Start: ASAP
Days & Hours: Thursdays & Fridays 8.30am - 5.00pm
What You'll Do:
As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our business development team with essential administrative tasks.
Greet Visitors: Welcome clients and guests with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries.
Reception Duties: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Support Admin: Provide administrative support to our business development team, helping to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
Maintain Area: Keep the reception area neat and organised, ensuring a professional and inviting environment.
Data Entry: Help with data entry and maintain accurate records for the team.To succeed in this role, you should possess:
