Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Encouraging members to take advantage of our diverse fitness offerings and inspiring team members to do the same.
* Building and leading a high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives.
* Ensuring project and department milestones are met within approved budgets.
* Enforcing club rules and policies while promoting proper procedures.
* Providing feedback to the General Manager on performance gaps and making hiring recommendations.
* Managing personal training sales generation and monitoring key metrics.
* Training staff to generate leads and new business.
* Conducting regular meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer guidance.
* Serving as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.
Mandatory Qualifications
* Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
* Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
* Effective leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Current CPR Certification and National Certification as a Personal Trainer.
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor.
* 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
* Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable initiatives that drive results.
* Willingness to travel between club locations.
* Fitness Certification from a recognized authority.
* Preferred BA or BS degree, particularly in a sales-related field.
* Bilingual Preferred.
