Care Assistants - Complex Care Team in West Kent
Location: Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood and surrounding areas.
Hours: Full-time or Part-time | 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights available).
Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our Complex Care team in West Kent.

About The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll work with one client per shift, building strong and meaningful relationships while providing essential, person-centered care.
Your Duties May Include
* Tracheostomy care
* PEG feeding
* Ventilator support
* Personal care and daily living assistance
You’ll enjoy a fixed rota for consistency and the option to pick up additional shifts for extra hours.
