Diagnostic Technician-Busy Independent Garage in Manchester
1. Basic Salary-Up to £33,000
2. Monday-Friday
3. NO WEEKENDS
4. Use of pool car available
5. 21 days annual leave plus banks
Our client, a leading independent RAC approved garage based in Manchester, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Our Client is a reputable, independent specialist garage.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
6. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, with a particular focus on vans.
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using the latest diagnostic equipment.
8. Perform vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
9. Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements to be a Vehicle Technician:
10. Ideally some proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician
11. Ability to carry out diagnostic, service, suspension and brake work
12. Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
13. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
14. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
