• Job Title: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist• Location: Cambridge - NHS Hospital• Duration: 3 months• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)• Start Date: ASAP, July 2025• End Date: 3 months from start date• Rate of Pay: £35 – £37 per hour (via Umbrella)• Contact: Alex Roberts – –
What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our NHS client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting NHS hospital wards. In this role, you will:
* perform comprehensive patient assessments
* create and implement personalised care plans
* deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across medical and surgical wards
* maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* a current and valid GPhC registration
* NHS experience in clinical ward settings (medical and/or surgical wards)
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday. The contract runs for 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
