The Governing Body of this Good Catholic School is seeking to appoint a self-motivated, reliable, multi-skilled, proactive, and organized site manager to ensure the smooth running of the school. We are looking for someone who can play a vital role in the daily operations of our school, takes pride in their work, and pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Upholding the mission statement of the school and its Catholic ethos.
2. Being committed to the welfare and safety of staff, children, parents, and visitors at all times.
3. Working as part of a team to manage the school site efficiently.
4. Providing comprehensive site management services, including security, cleaning, minor maintenance, repairs, and monitoring and maintaining the fabric of the building.
5. Offering a range of DIY skills to support the school's needs.
6. Having the ability and knowledge to liaise with external contractors and agencies related to the school building.
