RMS Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join the team at our client based in Shildon on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.59 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (approximately 3 months, with potential to be extended)
Location: Shildon, Co. Durham
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous manner
* Answering and directing incoming tele calls
* Managing and responding to emails
* Handling general enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate departments
* Providing general administrative support as required
About You:
* Previous administrative experience is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Confident using basic office systems and email
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
