We’re hiring a Video & Static Content Manager at Swishes
Swishes is a fun and aspirational prize draw platform where people can win luxury designer items and experiences - designer handbags, beauty products, tech, holidays and more.
We’re looking for a Content Manager to own and elevate all content across Swishes—from paid ads to organic social to editorial, in order to build a brand that feels distinctive and engaging.
This is a hands‑on, creative‑meets‑commercial role. You’ll be responsible for not just how Swishes looks and sounds, but how it performs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Direction, Production & On‑Camera Presence
* Lead the conception and creation of all static and video adverts across paid media channels
* Act as a key on‑screen presence for Swishes, confidently featuring in both video and static content
* Develop scroll‑stopping, personality‑led creative for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and beyond
* Own the full content lifecycle—from idea and scripting through to filming, editing, and iteration
Social Media Ownership
* Plan and manage all social content across all platforms
* Be a recognisable face and voice of the brand, regularly appearing in content to build trust and engagement
* Build a consistent, distinctive brand voice and visual identity
* Create engaging, high‑frequency, personality‑driven content designed to grow and convert audiences
Editorial & Prize Content
* Oversee all editorial prize content, ensuring each competition feels premium and compelling
* Direct and manage product photography and videography for prize items
Commercial Collaboration
* Contribute to prize selection, balancing desirability, budget, and frequency
* Work closely with marketing and performance teams to:
o Interpret competition performance data
o Apply paid media insights to improve creative output
* Continuously optimise content based on what drives engagement and conversions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in content creation, social media, or creative marketing roles
* Comfortable and confident appearing on camera, with the ability to represent the brand across both video and static content
* Strong understanding of paid social creative that converts
* A sharp eye for luxury, design, and visual storytelling
* Comfortable writing scripts and delivering them on‑screen across short‑form video
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
* Commercially aware - able to balance creativity with performance data
Bonus Points
* Experience working with DTC brands, prize draws, or fast‑growth startups
* Background in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle content
* Confidence both in front of and behind the camera - from presenting to directing shoots or working with freelancers/creators
