A Veterinary Receptionist is required to join our friendly team. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
Your role will involve:
* To be the first line contact for clients, their animals to the Practice and via telephone.
* Relay accurately & act in a timely manner all messages taken.
* Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
* Welcoming and registering clients on arrival, making appointments.
* Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.
* Taking payments, and cashing up.

About the Team and Culture

The Perfect Fit
We hope to find an enthusiastic and proactive team member that is passionate about pet health care and experienced in using computers including Emails, Word, OneDrive & Excel.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 Hours per week, with shifts on Mondays and Fridays 8 am – 7 pm. No weekends or bank holidays.
